Enterprise Agreements

Martin Brower has Enterprise Agreements (EAs) that only apply to our warehouse and driver employees working in Australia. These agreements set out minimum terms and conditions of employment, such as pay rates, hours of work, overtime, leave entitlements, allowances, classifications etc.

The agreement that applies to you depends on your role and location where you work:

• National Enterprise Agreement – covers Brisbane North and South DCs, Melbourne North West and South East DCs, Adelaide DC and Perth DC.

• Sydney Drivers Enterprise Agreement – covers drivers in Sydney DC.

• Sydney Warehouse Enterprise Agreement – covers warehouse operators in Sydney DC.

Salaried Employees

Employees in salaried positions are not covered by the Enterprise Agreements. The terms and conditions of employment are outlined in the employment contract and vary based on the role, responsibilities, skills, qualifications, and experience.
